3. How to Request Documents
Email Request
Send your document request to lzmfgr@163.com with the following information:
- Product grade(s) of interest (e.g., HCS-20, SCS-25)
- Document type(s) needed (TDS, MSDS, CoA, CAD, DoP)
- Project name or application context (optional, helps us recommend the optimal grade)
- Any specific standard references required (ASTM, EN, GB/T)
Typical response time: within 24 hours for standard documents. Batch-specific CoA may require 1-2 working days if production testing is in progress.
Contact Form
Alternatively, use the contact form on our website. Select "Technical Documents" as the inquiry type and specify the document requirements in the message field.
For urgent requests, indicate your timeline and we will expedite document preparation. CAD customisations and project-specific documentation packages may require 2-3 working days depending on complexity.

When specifying calcium silicate insulation, the quality and reliability of technical documentation directly impact project approvals, tender evaluations, and installation quality. Mingfa's technical documents are backed by 34 years of specialised manufacturing experience.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality System
All test data reported in Mingfa technical data sheets and Certificates of Analysis is produced under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. This includes documented procedures for in-process testing, final product inspection, test equipment calibration, and non-conformance handling. Annual third-party surveillance audits verify continued compliance.
34 Years of Manufacturing Data
Established in 1991, Mingfa has accumulated over three decades of production data across thousands of batches. This longitudinal dataset informs realistic, statistically grounded performance specifications rather than theoretical or single-batch maxima. The thermal conductivity curves and mechanical property ranges in our data sheets reflect sustained production capability, not laboratory-only values.
14+ Patents, Proprietary Formulations
Mingfa holds approximately 20 national invention patents and utility model patents covering calcium silicate formulation technology, composite board structures, infrared masking agents (for reduced radiative heat transfer at high temperature), and proprietary manufacturing processes. The performance characteristics in our TDS reflect patented technology not available from generic manufacturers.
Batch-Specific Test Certificates
Unlike some suppliers who provide only generic "typical values" documentation, Mingfa issues batch-specific Certificates of Analysis with every production order. Each CoA reports actual measured values for density, thermal conductivity, compressive strength, flexural strength, and linear shrinkage from that production batch. This supports project quality assurance documentation, tender compliance, and import clearance requirements.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
What technical documents are available for calcium silicate products?
Mingfa provides the following document types for each product grade: Technical Data Sheets (TDS) with full physical and thermal property tables referenced to GB/T 10699, ASTM C533, and EN 14306; Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) in 16-section GHS format covering safe handling, exposure controls (N95/P2 respirator for cutting), and transport classification (non-hazardous); Certificates of Analysis (CoA) with batch-specific test results including density, thermal conductivity, compressive strength, and linear shrinkage; Installation Guides with step-by-step procedures, mechanical fixing patterns, and weather protection requirements; CAD detail drawings in DWG and PDF format for standard insulation buildup configurations; and CE Declarations of Performance (DoP) for EN 14306 compliance under CPR 305/2011. All documents are available in English; select documents are also available in Chinese.
How do I obtain an MSDS for calcium silicate insulation?
MSDS documents can be downloaded by contacting our technical team at lzmfgr@163.com. Each MSDS is structured per the GHS 16-section format and covers: Section 1 (product identification, CAS 1344-95-2), Section 2 (hazard identification -- mechanical irritant, H319/H335, non-carcinogenic IARC Group 3), Section 3 (composition -- calcium silicate >90%, sodium silicate 0-6%, cellulose fibre 0-4%), Section 4 (first aid -- flush eyes with water, remove to fresh air), Section 5 (firefighting -- product is non-combustible, no special procedures), Section 7 (handling -- avoid dust generation, use local exhaust ventilation when cutting), Section 8 (PPE -- safety glasses, N95/P2 respirator for fabrication), Section 9 (physical properties -- white/grey solid, odourless, melting point 1200-1500°C), and Section 14 (transport -- not classified as hazardous, no UN number). Additional language versions can be prepared for specific importing country requirements.
How quickly can I receive technical documents after requesting?
Standard technical documents (TDS, MSDS, general Installation Guide) are typically provided within 24 hours of request during business days. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are produced alongside each production order and are available upon completion of quality testing (typically 1-2 working days after production). Custom CAD detail drawings or project-specific documentation packages may require 2-3 working days depending on complexity and the engineering team's current workload. For urgent project submissions or tender deadlines, please indicate your timeline in the request and we will prioritise accordingly. Large multi-grade documentation packages for major project specifications may be prepared within 3-5 working days.
