What Is the Minimum Order Quantity for Calcium Silicate Insulation?

Why MOQs Exist

Calcium silicate production is a batch process. The autoclaves, drying kilns, and pressing equipment are designed for continuous production runs. A minimum quantity is required to make the production setup and quality testing economically viable. The MOQ is set at the smallest batch that can be produced efficiently while maintaining consistent quality. For standard products that are in regular production, your order can often be combined with other customers' orders for the same specification, effectively reducing the effective MOQ.

Samples

If you need to evaluate our products before placing an order, we provide free samples (typically 200x200mm or 300x300mm) of standard products. The customer covers the freight cost. Samples are shipped by international courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Contact our sales team to request samples -- tell us the product type, temperature grade, and density you want to evaluate.

Mixed Orders

You can order multiple sizes and thicknesses in a single shipment, provided each variation meets its minimum pallet quantity. For container-load orders, you can fill a 20GP or 40HQ with a mix of product specifications -- this is the most cost-effective way to order multiple items.
